Storge (Familial)

Book One
The story SS Storge's crew who are unwittingly trapped within a time dilation bubble. As crew struggle to rescue the captain's son, they are brought together to confront a saboteur, discover their fate, and escape certain doom before it's too late.

The Greek word "philostorgoi" used in this verse expresses the familial love that fellow Christians are to have for one another.

"Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor."

Book Two
Two brothers bound together across space and time by a collection of quantum entangled game pieces. Yet it is the love that they have for one another that protects them as the SS Storge and Phileo pursue the mystery of Ghaust's path to treason.

The Greek word phileo above expresses the tenderness of brotherly love.

Song of Solomon 8:6
The love of one's mate is a celebration of the lavishness of God's own providence from Genesis can be found in the Hebrew term Ahavah used by the author of Song of Solomon to describe his connection to his wife.

"Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm, for love is strong as death, jealousy is fierce as the grave. Its flashes are flashes of fire, the very flame of the Lord."

"Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you."

15:13 μείζονα ταύτης ἀγάπην οὐδεὶς ἔχει, ἵνα τις τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ θῇ ὑπὲρ τῶν φίλων αὐτοῦ.
15:14 ὑμεῖς φίλοι μου ἐστε, ἐὰν ποιῆτε ἃ ἐγὼ ἐντέλλομαι ὑμῖν.

I Corinthians 13: 4-7
The divinely inspired love shown to us all and expected of us all toward our neighbor.

"Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong-doing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
